The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is once again working against We the People by working to prevent discovery in a class action regarding the East Palestine train derailment incident that dumped noxious chemicals like vinyl chloride and dioxins into the surrounding environment.
The government regulator, which supposedly works on behalf of the American public, is trying to stop a third party from accessing for evaluation evidence in the case. Overseen by proud homosexual “Mayor Pete,” aka Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, the NTSB claims that allowing the third party to see the evidence would “impose an undue burden on the agency’s investigative and financial resources.”
Attorneys representing the NTSB submitted documents to U.S. Judge Benita Y. Pearson of the Northern District Court of Ohio expressing opposition to the inspection demands of the third party, a coalition of OxyVinyls LP, GATX Corp., and General American Marks Co.
Since the NTSB is currently conducting an active probe into Norfolk Southern over the Feb. 3, 2023, incident, the government agency does not want anyone else accessing the evidence, for reasons that remain unknown – though many suspect a government coverup.

With jury selection scheduled for March 31, 2025, the case’s plaintiffs are seeking compensation for economic and emotional distress caused by the explosion and chemical release, which sent an infamous black smoke cloud into the skies that prompted local evacuations.
Since there are so many lawsuits that have been filed over the incident, most of them have been consolidated into a class action. Norfolk Southern is suing OxyVinyls LP, GATX Corp., and one other company for their involvement in creating the rail cars and chemicals that were on board, arguing that these companies must also share liability for the damages.
In their defense, these companies want to examine the crash site for themselves to come up with defending arguments, which the NTSB will not allow. The government agency allowed for a limited evidence inspection, but will not release any further evidence until after a June 25 board meeting that is scheduled to conclude its investigation.
The unfortunate losers in this whole saga are the people who live in and around East Palestine as nobody, including the government, is representing them or their interests. Instead, the powers that be want to sweep the matter under the rug with as little liability to their buddies as possible.
“The government holds all the cards and they aren’t giving any of them up willingly,” is how one reader described the situation. “They are lawless and untouchable. That won’t change until they are all dead.”
“And more and more Americans are waking up to that fact every day,” responded another. “Their government has been trying to kill them for two decades. Poisoning their food and water first. Then their skies. And when that wasn’t fast enough for them, they MANDATED A TOXIC SHOT on everyone who would buy their BS.”
“Our government should be charged with crimes against humanity … on US.”
Another person found it laughable that suddenly the government cares about the nation’s finances, allegedly, despite the country being tens of trillions of dollars in debt as the debt load continues to skyrocket.
“I fully expect any and all evidence to eventually be classified so no one can have access to it outside of Pedo Pete’s garage,” said someone else.
